GEG has established Macau’s first and only Responsible Gaming Support and Counseling Hotline to provide employees with 24 hours, seven days a week telephone counseling.

Individual face-to-face counseling and online counseling are also provided as needed.

Responsible Gaming materials, including brochures and posters are placed at main entrances and employee bulletin boards at StarWorld Hotel and Casino, and all four City Club casinos.

GEG has always been supportive of Macau’s sport development and truly believes that sport is an important element for promoting social harmony and balance.

Working with the Macau SAR Government, GEG has been extremely honored to be the title sponsor of major international sporting events in Macau including the Macau Galaxy Entertainment FIVB World Grand Prix and the Macau Galaxy Entertainment International Marathon.
